Your reports get "okay, noted"? This fixes that.

Present Like the Insider

USD 19.99 once

  • ✅ Nothing to install — a private web page + PDF copy
  • 🛡️ 14-day guarantee — doesn't work in your office? Full refund, keep the file

Or start smaller: the Diagnostic (USD 9.99)

"I only have free ChatGPT." No problem, I got you.

A paid AI plan costs USD 20 every month (about RM95, more than RM1,100 a year). Every prompt in these modules runs on the free versions of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. A full working session (title, chart, defense sheet, email) takes under 15 short messages, well inside a free account's daily allowance.

The Flagship costs less than one month of a paid AI plan, and you pay once. One honest limit: giant ERP exports (100,000+ rows) need a paid account. Everything else runs free.

Is this a course?

No. It's a one-page interactive module you keep coming back to — one method, a 15-chart database with a picker, four copy-paste AI prompts, a worked example, and a checklist that remembers your ticks. Read it in 25 minutes. Use it before every deck.

Do I just get a PDF?

No. You get a private web page that works on your phone and your office laptop, with the interactive parts. The PDF is the offline bonus copy.

Do I need any software?

No. A browser, and whichever AI you already use — ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The free tiers work fine with the prompts.

How do I get in after paying?

Your receipt email carries your access link. Bookmark it — that's your module, forever. Lost it? Reply to the receipt and I resend it. Checkout is by card through Stripe, and takes under a minute.

How fast will I see a result?

Tomorrow. The So-What title rule takes 60 seconds to apply to your next report and changes how it lands the same day. The rest compounds from there.

The problem with every course you've seen: it teaches a standard method. There is no standard method. The right way to price, report, and present depends on what your business is. So every TIS Module starts with a diagnosis, then hands you the prompts to customize. No code. No theory. No 40-hour video course.

Sound familiar?

Question 1 of 6

That's the free part. What your nature means for how you should price, what your reports must prove, where your negotiation leverage is, and where AI helps you first — that's Know Your Business Nature, the Diagnostic. An interactive module you'll come back to, plus your personal context line for every AI prompt you ever write.

The Flagship: Why your reports get "okay, noted"

USD 19.99 · "Present Like the Insider" · interactive web module + PDF copy · pay once, come back forever
Inside: 1 method · the 15-entry Factory Chart Database with interactive picker · 4 copy-paste AI prompts · 1 worked example · the 10-point pre-ship checklist

Nobody in a factory gets paid for making charts. You get paid for making decisions happen. This is the complete method for turning factory data into presentations that customers and bosses act on. It's the skill that made the BD guy.

A taste — the So-What Method on one slide title:

"Delivery Performance Q3"
"On-time delivery recovered to 96% after the layout change"

Proof, not promises — the same six months of delivery data, twice:

❌ The chart most offices send

Delivery Performance Q3 (OTD%, monthly basis)

89.1391.2788.4692.0893.9196.02 MarAprMayJunJulAug OTD % (actual)

Boss reads it, says "okay, noted." Nothing happens.

✅ The Insider version — same data

On-time delivery recovered to 96% after the layout change

target 95% 96% MarAprMayJunJulAug

Boss reads the title, sees the green bar cross the line, asks "what was the layout change?" — a decision conversation.

Every move that turned chart 1 into chart 2 — the title rule, the one-accent rule, the target line, the declutter pass — is the method inside the Flagship.

Inside the flagship:

Free sample — 3 of the 15 entries from the Factory Chart Database, exactly as they appear inside:

Sorted bar chart — comparing a few things

Factory use: Defects by machine, output by line, downtime by reason

Rule: Sort big-to-small; axis starts at zero

Mistake: alphabetical order — sorting IS the analysis

Pareto chart — the vital few causes

Factory use: NCR causes, downtime reasons, complaint categories — the factory classic

Rule: Sorted bars + cumulative line; talk about the first 2-3 bars only

Mistake: presenting all 14 causes with equal airtime

Bar with a target line — target vs actual

Factory use: Output vs plan, OTD vs the 95% commitment

Rule: The target line turns data into a verdict

Mistake: showing actuals with no reference — nobody knows if it's good

That's 3 of 15. The other 12 — plus the click-your-message picker, the never-list, and the four AI prompts — live inside the Module.

Start here: Why every template you copy never fits

USD 9.99 · "Know Your Business Nature" · interactive web module + PDF copy
Inside: 1 live diagnostic · 3 natures + 1 overlay · 4 worked profiles · your personal context line · 1 cheat sheet

You don't own the factory, you just work in it. So why care what business it really is? Because every report you write, every price you support, every answer you give is judged by rules that depend on it. Your factory plays by one of three rulebooks. Copy a template from the wrong one and the boss says "redo". Twenty minutes here and you know which rulebook your office plays by, and what it wants you to prove. That's what the 9.99 buys: fewer redos, faster yes.

The math: documentation eats 8–12 hours of your month. One Module costs less than one of those hours. Companies pay RM 1,500 and up per head for a half-day presentation workshop — this is USD 19.99, and it doesn't expire at 5pm.

Every meeting has two people: the one who compiled the data, and the one who presented it.
The Modules make you the second one.

Why I built this

Ah Hock writing in his notebook

Just call me Ah Hock. Not my real name — I still work full-time inside a Malaysian manufacturing office, and I'm not an engineer. I'm the BD guy who presents, plans, and does technical work anyway, with frameworks and AI.

My work sits inside the semiconductor supply chain — module assembly for the equipment used in wafer fabrication and testing, plus production machinery for tobacco, pharmaceutical and other regulated lines. At that tier, a report that gets "okay, noted" is a report that failed — I learned every method in these Modules by failing first, then fixing it on real work.

Nothing here is theory. If it's in a Module, I ran it in a real meeting, with a real boss, and it worked. The longer story →

Who these are for

Planners & production

Reports that get read, plans that survive Monday, and the 12 numbers that matter.

QC & compliance

RCA framing that finds causes instead of culprits, and evidence that survives auditors.

BD & purchasing

Price by your nature, present to win approvals, negotiate with receipts.

The shelf — built from my actual daily work

Every Module comes from an AI system I run in a real manufacturing office. The shelf grows as my toolbox does:

04Reports That Reach the Boss — the five numbers, and the prompts that build themIN THE WORKSHOP
05The Supplier Intelligence Machine — map any supplier landscape in a weekendIN THE WORKSHOP

Own the Diagnostic and the Flagship and you'll recognise the pattern in every one that follows: diagnose, framework, prompts, customize.

Questions people actually ask

Is this a video course? A PDF?

Neither. Each Module is an interactive page on this site — your personal link, yours forever. Click-to-copy prompts, a live diagnostic, checklists that remember your progress, and free updates whenever the Module improves. A PDF copy is included for offline. Ten minutes to read, a lifetime to use.

What AI do I need?

ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — free tier works. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use these prompts.

What if it doesn't work for my office?

Reply to your receipt within 14 days. Full refund, and you keep the file. No forms, no questions.

Who is Ah Hock?

Not his real name — he still works in the industry, full-time, at a tier where his customers supply the semiconductor and aerospace giants. Not an engineer. The BD guy who does technical work anyway, with frameworks and AI. The full story.

Why so cheap?

Because the audience is factory office people in Southeast Asia, and two kopi is a price you can try without asking anyone's permission. The honest trade: pay once, tell a colleague if it works.
